This chapter shall become effective on July 16, 2014, and shall
remain in force until modified, amended or rescinded by Lower Mount
Bethel Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania.

The provisions of this chapter, insofar as they are the same
as those ordinances, resolutions and/or other regulations in force
immediately prior to the enactment of this chapter, are intended as
a continuation of such ordinances, resolutions and/or other regulations,
and not as new enactments. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed
to affect any suit or proceeding pending in any court, or any rights
acquired, or liability incurred, or any cause or causes of action
acquired or existing, under any ordinance, resolution and/or regulation
repealed by this chapter, nor shall any just or legal right or remedy
of any character be lost, impaired or affected by this chapter.
