A.
There shall be levied in the City of Kennett, Missouri, an Emergency
Telephone Tax in the amount of three percent (3%) of the tariff rate
for each line.
B.
The Mayor is authorized to execute on behalf of the City, and the
Clerk is directed to attest to the signature thereto, all necessary
documents to effectuate the collection of the Emergency Telephone
Tax.
