All Borough parks, including Koenig Field and Dickson Park,
shall be closed from 12:00 midnight to 5:00 a.m.
The Mayor, at the Mayor's discretion, or Borough Council,
by motion, may authorize and approve exceptions to the closing requirements
set forth above for certain types of public events.
Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate this article,
upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to a fine of not more
than $600, plus costs, and in default of payment of said fines and
costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.
