[Adopted by the County Legislature 6-6-2017 by L.L. No. 3-2017]
To encourage housing developments in the County, the exemption
authorized by § 485-g of the Real Property Tax Law, "Infrastructure
exemption," that allows for a three-year exemption for the increase
in assessment due to infrastructure improvements, is hereby adopted.
This article shall be effective immediately upon filing with
the Secretary of State.
