Fire prevention — See Ch. 265.
Citizens Fire Company No. 1 of Lemoyne and the West Shore Bureau of Fire (hereinafter referred to as the "entities") are hereby designated and recognized as the entities to provide fire protection and emergency services in the Borough of Lemoyne.
The entire amount of the 2% tax paid upon premiums by foreign casualty insurance companies (hereinafter the "amount") received by the Borough of Lemoyne from the State Treasurer of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania shall be promptly paid to the relief fund associations of the entities designated in § 42-1 as set forth in § 42-3 hereof.
During the year 1998, the amount shall be paid to Citizens Fire Company No. 1. For years subsequent to 1998, the amount shall be paid to the entities on the basis of the percentage of services rendered by each as certified by the Borough of Lemoyne to the Auditor General of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
