The plan attached and appended hereto titled "Official Map,"
prepared by Gregg Township, dated November 2009, consisting of two
sheets, is hereby adopted as the Official Map of Gregg Township[1] in accordance with Article IV of the Pennsylvania Municipalities
Planning Code (MPC), 53 P.S. § 4401 et seq.

The Official Map of Gregg Township depicts by mapping and textual
notes existing and proposed public streets; watercourses and public
grounds; existing and proposed public parks, playgrounds and open
space reservations; pedestrian sidewalks, trails and easements.

The time limitation referred to in Section 406 of the MPC (53
P.S. § 4406) on reservations for future takings or acquisitions
for public use shall be in effect until December 31, 2015.
