[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Nockamixon 2-27-1980 by Ord. No. 32. Amendments noted where applicable.]
It is the desire of the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Nockamixon of the County of Bucks and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to organize an industrial and commercial development authority in said county and commonwealth under the Industrial and Commercial Development Authority Law.[1]

The name of the proposed authority is "Nockamixon-Bucks Industrial and Commercial Development Authority" and that in pursuant of said desire and intention and in conformity with the terms and provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Authority Law,[1] the proposed Articles of Incorporation are hereby approved and are hereby set forth in full as follows.[2]

The first members of said Authority, which shall be seven in number and named in the aforesaid Articles of Incorporation, are hereby specifically appointed as members of said Board for the terms of office set after their respective names, which terms shall commence on the date of appointment and shall be computed from the first day of January, 1980.
The proper officers of the Township of Nockamixon are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Articles of Incorporation on behalf of said Township, to cause a notice of intention to file said Articles of Incorporation to be published as required by law and to file said Articles of Incorporation, together with a certified copy of this chapter and required proofs of publication, with the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and to do, execute and perform any and all acts and things necessary or appropriate to effect the incorporation of the Nockamixon-Bucks Industrial and Commercial Development Authority.
