A. 
Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection of those streets described in Schedule I (§ 523-111), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
B. 
The traffic signal installation shall be in accordance with the provisions of An Act Concerning Motor Vehicles and Traffic Regulations, Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the New Jersey Statutes Annotated, and shall conform to the design and shall be maintained in operation as authorized by the Department of Transportation of the State of New Jersey.
The speed limit for both directions of traffic along the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule II (§ 523-112), attached to and made a part of this chapter, is hereby established at the rate of speed indicated.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule III (§ 523-113), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a U-turn on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ 523-114), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule V (§ 523-115), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described in Schedule VI (§ 523-116), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VII (§ 523-117), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as through streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the near right side of each street intersecting the through street, except where yield signs are provided for in the designations.

A. 
The intersections described in Schedule VIIIA (§ 523-118A), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
B. 
The intersections described in Schedule VIIIB (§ 523-118B), attached to and made part of this chapter, are hereby designated as multistop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The intersections described in Schedule IX (§ 523-119), attached to and made a part of this chapter are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The lane locations described in Schedule X (§ 523-120) attached to and made a part of this chapter are hereby designated as lane use reservations and traffic shall move only as indicated.
No-passing zones are hereby established and shall be maintained along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XI (§ 523-121), attached to and made a part of this chapter, as authorized by the New Jersey Department of Transportation in accordance with the sketch, dated and numbered as indicated.
A. 
Trucks, tractors and/or trailers over 4 1/2 tons' gross weight shall be excluded from all streets within the Borough of Roselle, except for those streets designated as county roads, which are listed below, and except for the pickup and delivery of merchandise and/or materials, and this shall not apply to public utility vehicles which are used in connection with the construction, installation, operation or maintenance of public facilities.

B. 
Vehicles over three tons' gross weight are prohibited on West Fifth Avenue between Robin Street and Cristiani Street.
C. 
Light-traffic street.

A "light-traffic street" is hereby defined as one where the gross weight of the vehicle in question does not exceed five tons.
(2)
