GENERAL REFERENCES

The number of automobile body repair shops located and operating
in the Borough of Roselle at any one given time shall be limited to
14, except in the Industrial Zone, where there shall be no limit.
Those automobile body repair shops presently operating within
the Borough of Roselle shall register their business names and addresses
with the Borough Clerk within 30 days from the effective date of this
chapter for administrative purposes.
A.
Immediately upon registering his business name and address with the
Borough Clerk, the latter shall issue to the operator of the automobile
body repair shop a card indicating the date and the operator registered,
his business name and address and the name and address of the business.
A.
Any transferee of any of the businesses registered hereunder shall
submit proof to the Borough Clerk of any transfer of ownership of
an automobile body shop within 30 days from the date of said transfer
for the purpose of reregistration.
Automobile body repair shops shall only be located within the
industrial area as set forth on the Zoning Maps of the Borough of
Roselle.
