A. 
All dwelling houses, stores or other buildings erected within the limits of the Borough of Roselle shall be numbered in conformity with the street numbers on the Tax Maps of the Borough of Roselle filed in the office of the Tax Collector of the Borough of Roselle.
B. 
Signs.
(1) 
In all use groups. A sign shall be provided at each landing, hallway or corridor above the level of exit discharge in all interior stairways three stories or more in height. This sign will designate the floor level by the number above the exit discharge at grade level.
(2) 
Exceptions. Use group R-3 and R-4 (one- and two-family dwellings).
Upon application by the owner of any property in the Borough to the Borough Clerk, the Borough Clerk shall furnish such owner with the correct number of such property.
The owner of any dwelling house, store or other building incorrectly or improperly or insufficiently numbered shall be notified in writing by the Borough Clerk or his authorized representative to change or replace such incorrect or improper number, or to affix a number where one is lacking, within 10 days after date of such notice.
