There is hereby created within the Borough the position of Tax
Collector, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-141 et seq., who shall perform
all tax collection and related functions required by law. The Tax
Collector shall hold office and be qualified and subject to N.J.S.A.
40A:9-141 through N.J.S.A. 40A:9-145.12 and any other applicable provision
of law.
