The hours of use of all playgrounds and parks within the Borough of Roselle shall be limited to the hours of sunrise to sunset, daily, after which those playgrounds and parks shall be closed to use.

Two tot parks shall be created and equipped at the following locations within the Borough of Roselle:
A. 
Lot 1, Block 2401, Tax Maps, Roselle.
B. 
Lot 1, Block 2203, Tax Maps, Roselle.
The foregoing locations shall be designated as Roselle Tot Park No. 1 and Roselle Tot Park No. 2, respectively.
The cost allocated for each of said tot parks shall not exceed $6,500.
The foregoing locations shall be dedicated for recreation use and shall be maintained and administered by the Recreation Committee of the Borough of Roselle.

A. 
No children shall be permitted over the age of seven.
B. 
No one shall be permitted into the park before 10:00 a.m. or after dark.
C. 
There shall be no loitering, eating, drinking or loud noise in the tot park.
D. 
The tot park is hereby designated a smoke-free site.
E. 
No bicycles or wagons shall be allowed in the tot park.
F. 
The gates to the tot park must remain closed at all times.
G. 
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
