The owners or tenants of lands shall keep all brush, hedges and other plant life growing within 10 feet of any roadway and within 25 feet of the intersection of two roadways cut to a height of not more than 2 1/2 feet, and such owners or tenants shall cause the same to be cut to no more than the required height within 10 days after receipt of notice from the Borough to do so.
Where any fence or other form of enclosure or obstruction fronting on any street, highway, lane, alley or public place shall in the opinion of the Chief of Police be dangerous to the use of such street, highway, lane, alley or public place, the owners or tenants of the property upon which said fence or other form of enclosure or obstruction is located shall remove such obstruction within 10 days after receipt of notice to do so from the Chief of Police.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine not exceeding $200. Each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
