A.
That public parks of the City of Malden, Missouri shall be open to
the general public from thirty (30) minutes after sunrise to thirty
(30) minutes after sunset; except areas that are lighted for recreation,
which shall be open while illuminated for recreation activities. Upon
written application to the City Council exceptions to the hour limitations
may be granted.
B.
That all alcoholic beverages and non-intoxicating beer are prohibited
in the parks in the City of Malden, Missouri.
