Township of West Pike Run, PA Article III Parking

§ 373-9 Legislative authority.

Under 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3353, the Township may restrict or prohibit parking on certain designated streets within the Township, and therefor.

§ 373-10 Parking prohibitions.

There shall be no parking on the roads of Circle (T-461) and Main Street (T-459) as designated in the Plan of HMT and Associates, September 27, 2016, which is attached to this article.[1]

§ 373-11 Violations and penalties.

Any person violating any provision of this article is guilty of a summary offense and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $50.

§ 373-12 Severability.

If any section or provision of this article is adjudged by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, all the remaining sections and provisions of this article shall remain in full force and effect.
