The Joint Action Ordinance of the Board of Supervisors of Shawano County provides for a county-municipal joint action emergency management plan of organization adopted by the County Board on the ninth day of January 1973. A copy of the County Ordinance is made a part hereof by reference, is hereby ratified and accepted by the Village, and is on file in the office of the Village Clerk.
The County Emergency Management Director, appointed and employed by the Shawano County Board as provided in the referred-to ordinance, is hereby designated and appointed Emergency Management Director for the Village, subject to the conditions and provisions as set forth in the Wisconsin Statutes and the Shawano County Joint Action Ordinance.
