It shall be lawful for any organization designated by the Village
of Malone as Dog/Animal Control Officer to restrain and/or seize any
dog, calves, cattle, swine, fowl or birds, rabbits, goats, sheep,
foxes, minks, or llamas determined to be running at large contrary
to the provisions of this chapter within the limits of the Village
of Malone. Any animal so retrained or seized shall be turned over
for impounding to the shelter facility designated by the Village of
Malone and authorized by law to impound animals pursuant to Article
7, § 120, of the Agriculture and Markets Law of the State
of New York.
