[Editor's Note: Woodland Park is governed under the Optional
Municipal Charter Law-Plan Small Municipality Plan "C" form of government
outlined in N.J.S.A. 40:69A-115 through N.J.S.A. 40:69A-117.3 and
N.J.S.A. 40:69A-119. The Administrative Code has been drafted in conformity
with the Borough law and in many instances provisions have been restated.
