Article I Secretary-Treasurer

[Adopted 1-30-1968 by Ord. No. 152]

§ 88-1 Treasurer may serve as Secretary.

Any person duly appointed or elected to the office of Borough Treasurer may serve at the same time in the office of Borough Secretary upon being duly elected or appointed to that office.

§ 88-2 Secretary may serve as Treasurer.

Any person duly appointed or elected to the office of Borough Secretary may serve at the same time in the office of Borough Treasurer upon being duly elected or appointed to that office.

§ 88-3 When effective.

This article shall become effective immediately upon advertising pursuant to law.
