A. 
No person shall willfully and without lawful authority:
1. 
Enter the premises of any such business herein described after having been forbidden to do so by the owner, occupant, manager or operator thereof;
2. 
Being upon the premises neglect or refuse to depart therefrom after being notified to do so by the owner, lessee, manager or operator or agent or servant of any such person;
3. 
Enter the premises of any such businesses in a motor vehicle of any description and park such vehicle and leave the premises without the consent of the owner, lessee, manager or operator of said business;
4. 
Enter said premises in a motor vehicle of any kind and use said premises for cruising, racing, as a short cut to another street, or in operating any such motor vehicle or vehicles lawfully on said premises; or
5. 
Congregate, linger or loiter in groups of three (3) or more persons on the premises or at any location on the premises of any drive-in restaurant, drive-in supermarket or shopping center.

A. 
No chickens, ducks, geese, pigeons, turkeys or any other domestic or domesticated fowl shall be permitted to be at large within the limits of the Village of Country Club. All such fowl found at large shall be taken up and impounded by the Village Police Department or by some person appointed or hired by the Village Board of Trustees to remove such fowl.
B. 
No hogs, horses, mules, sheep, goats or cattle or livestock of any kind shall be permitted to run at large within the Village to be herded or pastured in or upon any street, park, or other public place in the Village. All such animals found running at large within the Village limits or herded or pastured or kept in violation of the provisions of this Section shall be taken up and impounded by the Village Police or by someone at the direction of the Board of Trustees.
C. 
No chickens, ducks, geese, pigeons, turkeys, or any other domestic or domesticated fowl or any livestock as described in Subsection B shall be raised or kept in any confinement in the Village of Country Club at any time.
D. 
Whenever any livestock or fowl as described in this Section are impounded by the public impounder, it shall be the duty of the public impounder to return the livestock or fowl to the owner thereof upon payment to the Village of Country Club of an impoundment charge of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each animal impounded. Any such person claiming such animal or fowl from the public impounder shall show satisfactory proof that he or she is entitled to the possession of the animal or fowl. If any impounded animal or fowl remains in the animal shelter or pound for five (5) days without being claimed, the public impounder shall proceed to advertise the animal or fowl for sale by posting a notice in a public place at the pound, giving a description of the animal or fowl, together with the time, terms and place of sale. Such notice shall be posted at least three (3) days before the date of sale. If no such owner appears at or before the time of sale, the public impounder shall sell the animal or fowl at public auction to the highest bidder for cash. If no such sale occurs, the public impounder may dispose of the animal or fowl or place any animal or fowl in a suitable home for care.
E. 
The Village Police Chief is designated the public impounder for purposes of this Section.
F. 
This Section shall not apply to areas zoned Agricultural pursuant to the Village Zoning Code.
G. 
Any person found to be in violation of this Section shall also be subject to criminal prosecution before the Municipal Judge and the fine assessed shall be not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) and up to ninety (90) days in jail.
