The provisions of this article imposing a time limit on parking shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other and more restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138, any other New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provide.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the following described streets or parts of streets:
A. 
All streets designated by ordinance as "one-way" streets westbound, which direct traffic in a direction from east to west: No vehicles shall park on the easterly side of intersections on such streets from a point beginning where each crosswalk terminates (either marked or unmarked), of both the designated one-way street, as well as the intersecting through street, extending 20 feet from said points.
B. 
All streets designated by ordinance as "one-way" streets westbound, which direct traffic in a direction from east to west: No vehicles shall park on the westerly side of intersections on such streets from a point beginning where each crosswalk terminates (either marked or unmarked), of both the designated one-way street, as well as the intersecting through street, extending 10 feet from said points.
C. 
All streets designated by ordinance as "one-way" streets eastbound, which direct traffic in a direction from west to east: No vehicles shall park on the westerly side of intersections on such streets from a point beginning where each crosswalk terminates (either marked or unmarked), of both the designated one-way street, as well as the intersecting through street, extending 20 feet from said points.
D. 
All streets designated by ordinance as "one-way" streets eastbound, which direct traffic in a direction from west to east: No vehicles shall park on the easterly side of intersections on such streets from a point beginning where each crosswalk terminates (either marked or unmarked), of both the designated one-way street, as well as the intersecting through street, extending 10 feet from said points.
E. 
All streets designated by ordinance as "two-way" streets, which permit traffic flow in either direction: No vehicles shall park at any intersection on such streets from a point beginning at the outer boundary point where each crosswalk meets the curbline (either marked or unmarked), of both intersecting streets, extending 20 feet from said point on both the west side, as well as the east side of each intersection.
F. 
All parking from the westerly side of Atlantic Avenue, east to the Atlantic Ocean, on any street, either north-south or east-west, shall be only permitted in properly marked, designated metered parking spots. Any location that is not a designated meter parking spot, and does not fall within the above stipulated prohibited areas, shall be considered a "no parking" zone and be prohibited by this ordinance.
G. 
Parking at the Nesbitt Information Center, 500 block of East Rambler Road, shall consist of four designated parking spaces. Two spaces shall be designated as "20 Minute Parking for Nesbitt Center Only." Two spaces shall be designated as "handicapped parking."
H. 
Parking at the Wildwood Crest Library, 500 block of East Columbine Road, shall consist of two spaces that shall be designated as "handicapped parking." All other parking spaces shall be designated as "library business only."

No person shall park a vehicle, other than police or emergency vehicles, at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule IA (§ 79-32.1) attached to and made part of this ordinance.
No person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule II of any day upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule II (§ 79-33) attached to and made a part of this ordinance.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle between the hours specified in Schedule III of any day upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule III (§ 79-34) attached to and made a part of this ordinance.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule IV at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule IV of any day upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ 79-35) attached to and made a part of this ordinance.

A. 
Restricted parking zones for use by persons with disabilities on public property, streets, shopping and business districts.
(1) 
Pursuant to the authority granted to the Borough of Wildwood Crest by N.J.S.A. 39:4-197.5, the following locations are hereby designated as restricted parking for use by persons who have been issued special vehicle identification cards by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission.
(2) 
The locations described in § 79-32.3, Schedule IC, attached to and made a part of this chapter as § 79-32.3A are hereby designated as restricted parking zones for use by persons with disabilities.
B. 
Restricted parking zones in front of residences occupied by persons with disabilities.
(1) 
Pursuant to the authority granted to the Borough of Wildwood Crest by N.J.S.A. 39:4-197.6, the following locations set forth herein are designated as restricted parking zones in front of residences occupied by a person with a disability for use by such persons who have been issued by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission special vehicle identification windshield placard or wheelchair symbol license plate for a vehicle owned by the person with a disability, or by another occupant of the residence who is a member of the immediate family of the person with a disability. No other person or vehicle shall be permitted to park in these spaces.
(2) 
The locations described in Schedule IC, attached to and made a part of this chapter as § 79-32.3B are hereby designated as restricted parking spaces in front of residences occupied by persons with disabilities.
(3) 
The vehicle owner shall make application, or reapplication in January of each year. The applicant shall provide to the Borough Clerk and the Chief of Police a copy of the vehicle registration of the vehicle to be parked at the designated location. The applicant shall immediately notify the Borough Clerk and Chief of Police of any change in occupancy of the residence, or change in the vehicle registration and shall provide a copy of the vehicle registration for any replacement vehicle. Only one vehicle per residence may be registered with the Borough for such purpose. Such designated parking place shall terminate automatically and without further ordinance either i) upon the death of the person with a disability or ii) at such time that the person with the disability no longer resides at the residence adjacent to the designated location.
(4) 
A designated parking place shall be permitted only if there is no off-street parking available to the person with a disability at that person's residence. For the purposes of this section, the existence of off-street driveway parking shall constitute off-street parking. All determinations as to the availability and adequacy of off-street parking shall be made by the Chief of Police, in the Chief's sole discretion.
(5) 
The owners of the residence referred to in this section shall be responsible for the cost of procurement of signs, installation, and pavement markings as required, which signage and markings shall be in accordance with the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices. The owner shall also be responsible for maintenance and or replacement of such signs and pavement markings, which shall be maintained in good condition. The owner shall be responsible for the repair and restoration of the area upon removal of the designated parking space and signage.

A. 
Upon the declaration of an emergency, there shall be no parking upon streets or sections of streets where temporary emergency no parking signs are displayed. The Chief of Police, or in his absence the ranking officer, is authorized to declare an emergency and to direct the posting of said emergency no parking signs when weather conditions, accidents, fires or public celebrations dictate or require the avoidance of hazards or other conditions which interfere with the free flow of traffic.
B. 
Any unoccupied vehicle parked or standing in violation of this ordinance shall be deemed a nuisance and a menace to the safe and proper regulation of traffic, and any police officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle.
C. 
The effectiveness of this ordinance is contingent on signs being erected as required by law.
D. 
Provided notice of prohibitions have been posted 24 hours in advance, and unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation or provision of this ordinance or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $50 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both. The owner shall also pay the reasonable cost of the removal and storage which may result from such removal, before regaining possession of the vehicle.
E. 
This regulation is intended for use to cover parking prohibitions on all applicable streets for the declared emergency, and such prohibitions are to be posted as needed according to the emergency declaration using temporary signs.
A. 
Whenever snow has fallen and the accumulation is such that it covers the street or highway, an emergency shall exist and no vehicle shall be parked on the following streets or highways or portions thereof:

The above parking prohibitions shall remain in effect after the snow has ceased, until the streets have been plowed sufficiently and to the extent that parking will not interfere with the normal flow of traffic.
B. 
Any unoccupied vehicle parked or standing in violation of this ordinance shall be deemed a nuisance and a menace to the safe and proper regulation of traffic and any police officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle. The owner shall pay the reasonable cost of the removal and storage which may result from such removal before regaining possession of the vehicle.
C. 
The effectiveness of this ordinance is contingent upon signs being erected as required by law.
D. 
Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation or provision of this ordinance or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $50 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days or both.

Pursuant to the provisions of New Jersey Statutes Chapter Law C.39:4-36, no person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule IB attached to and made a part of this ordinance.

A. 
Parking prohibited. No person shall stop on, park, or stand a vehicle with an attached trailer, a house car or camp car as defined in Chapter 75, box truck, or bus at any time upon the street or part thereof in the following areas:

Beginning at Rambler Road and extending to Miami Avenue on the easterly side of New Jersey Avenue
B. 
The provisions of this section shall be enforced pursuant to the provisions of "The Parking Offenses Adjudication Act," N.J.S.A. 39:4-139.2.
C. 
Violations and penalties. Any person who commits a violation of this section shall, upon conviction thereof for a first offense, pay a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $500 and/or be imprisoned in the County Jail for a term not exceeding 90 days. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

A. 
Definitions. For the purposes of this section, "golf cart" shall have the same meaning as "low-speed vehicle" as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:1-1, and "motorcycle" shall have the meaning as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:1-1.
B. 
Parking of golf carts and motorcycles. No person shall park any vehicle other than a golf cart or motorcycle in any parking space appropriately marked as parking for a golf cart or motorcycle longer than the time limit set forth in Schedule ID (§ 79-32.4), subject to the provisions of Chapter 47, Parking Meters, of any day upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule ID attached to and made a part of this section.
C. 
Enforcement. The provisions of this section shall be enforced pursuant to the provisions of the Parking Offenses Adjudication Act, N.J.S.A. 39:4-139.2, as may be amended.
D. 
Violations and penalty. Any person who commits a violation of this section shall, upon conviction thereof, pay a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $500 and/or be imprisoned in the County Jail for a term not exceeding 90 days. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
