[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Board of the
Town of East Fishkill 4-22-2021 by L.L. No. 2-2021. Amendments noted where
applicable.]
All applicants which do not provide a formal submittal to the
Town Board, Planning Board, or Zoning Board of Appeals for a period
of 24 months from the last formal submittal are deemed abandoned.
To qualify as a formal submittal, the Clerk of each respective board
must acknowledge receipt. An applicant may file a subsequent application
which shall include all required fees and technical requirements after
a prior application is deemed abandoned. This new application shall
be deemed separate and distinct from the prior application, and it
shall be subject to all rules and regulations in effect at such later
date.
