The City Council shall appoint a part-time/per diem/contractual
Sewage Enforcement Officer as provided by law.
The Sewage Enforcement Officer shall assist the City Administrator and Code Enforcement Officer in enforcing Pittston City Code Chapter 386, Sewers and Sewage Disposal, and all other duties per commonwealth law.
