Unless otherwise stated in each specific section of this chapter,
every separate act committed in violation of this chapter by any person,
persons, firm or corporation shall constitute a separate and distinct
offense and shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000 and/or
a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.
This chapter shall be implemented and enforced by the City of
Monessen Police Department in the exercise of its ordinary law enforcement
duties, with the support of the City's Code Enforcement Department
or employees, as appropriate, and unless otherwise stated in specific
sections of this chapter.
