master planned development in accordance with site plan review/subdivision

floor area, the requirement is 1,000 square feet of lot area per unit;
and for dwelling units with more than two bedrooms or more than 800
square feet of total floor area, regardless of the number of bedrooms,
the requirement is 2,000 square feet of lot area per unit.
