The Select Board shall serve as the chief executive officer
and policy-making entity of the Town and have and exercise all the
powers and duties vested in boards of selectmen under any general
or special law or by vote of the Town.
The Select Board shall consist of three elected members. Each
member shall be elected for a term of three years. The membership
shall be staggered such that one member is elected each year.
