To administer and enforce the terms and provisions of the City
of Northfield rental registration regulations,[1] and to assist with the enforcement of the City of Northfield
Municipal Code, and laws promulgated by the New Jersey Division of
Fire Safety, as related to rentals and resales of residential property.
