A. 
Separability. If any section, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of these Regulations is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court or competent jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct, and independent provision, and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of these Regulations.
B. 
Repealer. The "Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Canton, Connecticut" made effective by the Commission on May 23, 1983 and all amendments thereto, are repealed coincident with the effective date of these Regulations. The repeal of the above-referenced Regulations and all amendments thereto shall not affect or impair any act done, offense committed or right accruing, accrued or acquired, or any liability, penalty, forfeiture or punishment incurred, prior to the time such repeal too effect, but the same may be enjoyed, asserted, enforced, prosecuted or inflicted as fully and to the same extent as if such repeal had not been effected.
C. 
Adoption. These Regulations, and any amendments or changes hereto, shall be in full force and effect from the date established by the PZC of the Town of Canton in accordance with the C.G.S.
