1. 
The Municipal Engineer or the Engineer's designee shall inspect all phases of the installation of the permanent BMPs and/or stormwater management facilities as deemed appropriate by the Municipal Engineer.

During any stage of the work, if the Municipal Engineer or the Engineer's designee determines that the permanent BMPs and/or stormwater management facilities are not being installed in accordance with the approved stormwater management plan, New Hanover Township shall revoke any existing permits or other approvals and issue a cease-and-desist order until a revised PCSM plan is submitted and approved, as specified in this chapter, and until the deficiencies are corrected.

A final inspection of all BMPs and/or stormwater management facilities shall be conducted by the Municipal Engineer or the Engineer's designee to confirm compliance with the approved PCSM plan prior to the issuance of any occupancy permit.

The applicant and/or developer shall be responsible for providing as-built plans of all SWM BMPs included in the approved PCSM plan. The as-built plans and an explanation of any discrepancies, which were reviewed and received approval by the municipality, shall be submitted to the municipality.
5. 
The as-built submission shall include a certification of completion signed by a qualified professional verifying that all SWM BMPs have been constructed according to the approved plans and specifications. If any qualified professionals contributed to the construction plans, they must sign and seal the completion certificate.
