Three such violations in one calendar year shall result in the towing company being suspended, without a hearing, from the rotating list, including the heavy-duty list, for the remainder of the week in which the suspension is issued and the next three successive full on-call weeks. If the suspension or revocation is the result of towing company's failure to properly maintain vehicles and/or equipment, until such time as the towing company cures the defect.
E.
Review of suspension or revocation. Within two business days of receiving the notice, the towing company may request a meeting with the Chief of Police to discuss said suspension or revocation and to offer any evidence to refute the charges. Said request shall be in writing, and the aforementioned meeting shall be held within five business days of receipt thereof. If the Chief is unavailable, the meeting may be delegated to the Chief's designated agent. Such final determination shall be rendered no later than five business days from the date of the meeting. Unless withdrawn, the suspension or revocation shall be enforced immediately.
