Every person desiring to provide accommodations for three or
more roomers or lodgers shall procure a license from the Board.
A.
No tenement house or dwelling shall be used for this purpose unless
one toilet, washtub or stall shower and sink with hot and cold running
water are provided for each five or fewer persons of the same sex
exclusive of the members of the household.
B.
In addition to these requirements above mentioned, the lodger or
roomer shall be provided with sufficient soap and towels, clean bed
linen and other necessary provisions for maintaining proper sanitary
living conditions.
The fee for this license shall be $25 per annum.
