Except as provided in § 715-49, any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 715-1 through 715-64, both inclusive, and §§ 715-68 through 715-91, both inclusive, shall be subject, upon conviction thereof, to a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both.
