No
person shall violate or fail to obey the Park and Pavilion Rules and
Regulations as posted at 8416 Natural Bridge Road, Bel-Nor, Missouri,
a copy of which is set out herein.
1.
Park And Pavilion Rules And Regulations.
a.
Sign Information.
(1)
Park hours: park open dawn to dusk, park closed dusk to dawn.
(2)
Individual use is allowed; five (5) or more people will require
a permit. Contact City Hall 314-381-2834.
(4)
No alcohol permitted.
(5)
No smoking allowed in pavilion.
(6)
No littering.
(7)
No pets allowed in pavilion.
(8)
All pet waste must be removed by owner/walker from park area.
(9)
No bicycles, scooters, skating or skateboarding in park or pavilion.
(10)
Post permit when park and/or pavilion is reserved.
b.
Bel-Nor Resident Use Only.
(1)
Maximum capacity for rental use is forty-five (45) people.
(2)
Fifty dollar ($50.00) rental fee plus a one hundred dollar ($100.00)
deposit = total one hundred fifty ($150.00).
(3)
One hundred dollar ($100.00) deposit will be refunded if park
area is clean and in good condition after event.
(4)
Any damages could result in additional fees of up to five hundred
dollars ($500.00).
(5)
City of Bel-Nor reserves the right to deny use of the park and/or
pavilion to anyone.
