Where not included herein, any person(s) who erects, constructs,
alters, repairs, converts, maintains, or uses any building, structure
or land in violation of this chapter shall be subject to the general
penalty provisions of the Township Code regarding ordinance violations.
Each day a violation occurs shall be a separate penalty.
Where any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase of
these regulations is, for any reason, declared by the courts to be
unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity
of the regulations as a whole, or any part thereof, other than the
part so declared.
This chapter shall take effect on April 12, 2023.
