There is hereby established a Personnel Committee of the Township of Allamuchy.
The Personnel Committee of the Township of Allamuchy shall consist of two members of the Township Council, to be appointed by the Mayor for terms of one year, expiring on December 31 of the year of appointment.
The Personnel Committee of the Township of Allamuchy shall meet as needed, and shall have the following duties or responsibilities:
A. 
Perform those responsibilities of the Personnel Committee set forth in the Personnel Manual.
B. 
Address any personnel issues brought to the Committee's attention by Township employees, or, to forward such issues to the appropriate party to be addressed by that party.
C. 
Report on the Committee's findings and actions to the Mayor and Council at meetings of the Mayor and Council.
D. 
Perform such other duties as may be requested by the Mayor and Council.
