of Marlboro 4-20-2023 by Ord. No. 2023-012. Amendments noted where applicable.]
At the time of the execution of a redevelopment agreement, a
redeveloper shall pay a nonrefundable redevelopment fee of no less
than $150,000 and no more than $250,000. All redevelopment agreements
shall set forth a provision requiring the payment of a redevelopment
fee pursuant to the requirement in this chapter.
