1. A temporary construction building(s) or trailer(s) may be installed
on a property during construction of a permanent building or structure,
so long as the construction trailer is not used as a dwelling. Temporary
construction buildings or trailers shall comply with the provisions
of the Township Building Code and, if located on a site in excess
of 180 days, it shall be located, in accordance with principal building
requirements set forth in this chapter which are applicable to the
district in which the property is located. All temporary construction
trailers or buildings shall be removed within 14 days of completion
of construction of the permanent building or buildings, or within
14 days of the expiration of the zoning and/or building permit for
the project, whichever first occurs.
2. All temporary construction buildings or structures must comply with
all zoning district setbacks, if said building or structure cannot
comply a variance will be needed.

A temporary real estate sales office may be established within
a dwelling unit not occupied for residential purposes in a residential
development having more than 10 dwelling units, if the real estate
sales office is used only to market the real estate offered within
the development. A temporary real estate office shall be removed within
14 days of the sale or lease of the last property in the development.
