[Adopted 5-17-1974 as Ch. 25, Art.
IV, of the 1974 Code]

There shall be appointed by the Township Committee
of the Township of Lacey a Municipal Engineer, whose term of office
shall be one year commencing on January 1 of the year of appointment.
The compensation of said Municipal Engineer
shall be fixed from time to time.[1]

Editor's Note: The currently effective Salary
Ordinance is on file in the office of the Township Clerk and is subject
to examination during regular office hours.

A qualified professional engineer shall be designated
and appointed Municipal Engineer every three years by the Township
Committee.
