GENERAL REFERENCES
Fire prevention and building construction — See Ch.
132.
It is to the public interest of the Town of Pendleton to establish a
Fire Protection District, which shall comprise all the territory situate,
lying and being within the territorial boundaries of said Town of Pendleton,
and it is the determination of the Town Board that all the property owners
and interested persons within the proposed district are benefited thereby
and that all the persons and property in said town are included therein.
