There is hereby established for the purpose of imposing annual sewer service charges for domestic use sewer districts bound, limited and described as follows:
A. 
District 1. Beginning at a point where the sewer line of the Memorial Hospital intersects the Mill Creek interceptor; thence by a straight line running northeast to the intersection of East Market Street and Haines Road; thence east along the centerline of Market Street to Norther Way; thence north along the centerline of Northern Way to the railroad; thence along the railroad east to the center of Mt. Zion Road; thence along the centerline of Mt. Zion road north to the centerline of U.S. 30; thence west along the centerline of U.S. 30 to the intersection of North Hills Road; thence south along the centerline of North Hills Road to the railroad; thence west along the railroad to the centerline of I-83; thence west along the centerline of I-83 to its intersection with Sherman Street; thence by a straight line northwest to the end of Arsenal Road; thence by a straight line northwest to a point 200 feet west of the curve of Eden Road from north-south to east-west; thence west to the Township line at the Codorus Creek; thence along the Township line to the sewer line of Memorial Hospital and the Mill Creek interceptor, the place of beginning.
B. 
District 2. Consisting of two areas generally described as Haines Acres, Penn Oaks and a portion of Fayfield as Area One and the North Hill development as Area Two:
(1) 
Area One. Beginning at the point where Locust Grove Road intersects the Township line; thence southeast along the Township line with Windsor and York Townships to the Spring Garden Township line; thence north along the Township line to the point where the sewer line of Memorial Hospital is connected to the Mill Creek interceptor; thence northeast to the intersection of East Market Street and Haines Road; thence east along the centerline of East Market Street to the intersection of Mt. Zion Road; thence southeast along the centerline of Longstown Road to Stone Ridge Road; thence along the centerline of Stone Ridge Road to the 90º turn northeast; thence by a straight line southeast to Locust Grove Road at the Township line, the place of beginning.
(2) 
Area Two. Beginning at a point where the railroad at North Hills Road intersects the main interceptor; thence by a straight line north to the North Hills Junior High School; thence by a straight line east to a point 200 feet east of North Hills Road; thence by a straight line southeast to the end of Lakeview Drive; thence by a straight line southeast to the center of U.S. 30 opposite Grossman's Lumber Yard; thence west along the centerline of U.S. 30 to the intersection of North Hills Road; thence south along the centerline of North Hills Road to the railroad; thence along the railroad west to the place of beginning.
C. 
District 3. Beginning at a point in the centerline of U.S. 30 where it intersects the Township line; thence west along the centerline of U.S. 30 to the intersection of Pleasant Valley Road; thence south along the east side of Pleasant Valley Road to its intersection with Stuart Drive; thence southwest by a straight line to a point where Standard Register's east property line meets the railroad; thence south to the centerline of Industrial Drive; thence south by a straight line to the intersection of Stone Ridge Road and Longstown Road; thence southeast along the centerline of Stone Ridge Road to the 90º turn northeast; thence southeast by a straight line to the intersection of Locust Grove Road and the Township line; thence along the centerline of Stonewood Road to a point 650 feet south of the intersection of Stonewood Road and Old Orchard Road; thence northwest to a point 150 feet north of Wilshire Drive; thence north by a straight line to the intersection of the railroad and Stonewood Road; thence east along the railroad to the Township line; thence north along the Township line to the centerline of U.S. 30, the place of beginning.
D. 
District 4. Consisting of two areas generally described as the South Pleasureville area as Area One and the York Mall, McCrory's complex, with some portions of Mt. Zion Road as Area Two:
(1) 
Area One. Beginning at a point in the center of the intersection of Sherman Street and I-83; thence along the centerline of I-83 east and south to the point where it intersects the railroad; thence north by a straight line to a point 100 feet past the North Hills Junior High School; thence east by a straight line running parallel to Ridgewood Road to North Hills Road; thence northwest by a straight line to the intersection of Druck Valley Road and Northview Drive; thence northwest by a straight line to the intersection of North Sherman Street and Skyline Drive; thence west by a straight line to the intersection of Skyline Drive and Sunset Drive; thence southwest to a point 200 feet west of the turn of Eden Road from north-south to east-west; thence southeast by a straight line to the end of Arsenal Road; thence southwest by a straight line to a point in the center of the intersection of Sherman Street and I83, the place of beginning.
(2) 
Area Two. Beginning at a point in the intersection of Northern Way and East Market Street; thence east along the centerline of East Market Street to the intersection of East Market Street and Mt. Zion Road; thence north by a straight line to a point 400 feet east of Mt. Zion Road and Industrial Drive intersection; thence north to the railroad; thence west along the railroad until it intersects Northern Way; thence south along the centerline of Northern Way and East Market Street, the place of beginning.
E. 
District 5. Consisting of two area generally described as the North Pleasureville Area and Woodstream Development as Area One and Stonewood Farms Development as Area Two:
(1) 
Area One. Beginning at the Mundis Mill Road bridge at the Township line; thence east along the centerline of Mundis Mill Road to its intersection with North Sherman Street; thence south by a straight line to a point in the intersection of Parkview Road and Druck Valley Road; thence southeast by a straight line to the intersection of Alcott Road and Ridgewood Road; thence southwest by a straight line to the center of U.S. 30 and Memory Lane; thence west along the centerline of U.S. 30 to a point in the center of U.S. 30 opposite Grossman's Lumber Yard; thence north by a straight line to the east end of Lakeview Drive; thence northwest by a straight line to the intersection of North Hills Road and Ridgewood Road; thence further northwest by a straight line to the intersection of Druck Valley Road and Northview Drive; thence west by a straight line to the intersection of North Sherman Street and Skyline Drive; thence west along the centerline of Skyline Drive to the intersection of Skyline Drive and Sunset Drive; thence southwest by a straight line to a point 200 feet west of the turn of Eden Road from north-south to east-west; thence west by a straight line to the Township line; thence north along the Township line to the Mundis Mill Road bridge, the place of beginning.
(2) 
Area Two. Beginning at a point where Stonewood Road intersects the railroad; thence south by a straight line to a point 150 feet north of Wilshire Drive; thence southeast by a straight line to a point in the center of Stonewood Road 650 feet south of the intersection of Stonewood Road and Old Orchard Road; thence south along the centerline of Stonewood Road to the Township line; thence east along the Township line to its intersection with Witmer Road and Miller's Mill Road; thence northwardly along the centerline of Witmer Road to its intersection with Old Orchard Road; thence north by a straight line to the intersection of Caldwell Road and Livingstone Drive; thence north by a straight line to the intersection of Kirkham Drive and Greywood Road; thence northwest by a straight line to the center of Stonewood Road; thence north along the centerline of Stonewood Road to the railroad, the place of beginning.
F. 
District 6. Beginning at a point at the Mundis Mill Road bridge and the Township line; thence north and east along the Township line to the northeastern corner of the Springettsbury Township Wastewater Treatment Facility and the Township line; thence south by a straight line to a point 225 feet east of the most eastern intersection of Valley Vista Drive and Druck Valley Road; thence west along Druck Valley Road to the center of the most eastern intersection of Druck Valley Road and Valley Vista Drive; thence southeast by a straight line to the centerline of Deininger Road at a point 600 feet west of the intersection of Deininger Road and Rocky Ridge Court intersection; thence east by a straight line to the Township line at a point 800 feet north of Ridgewood Road; thence south along the Township line to centerline of U.S. 30; thence west along the centerline of U.S. 30 to a point at its intersection with Pleasant Acres Road; thence south along centerline of Pleasant Acres Road to its intersection with Stuart Drive; thence southwest by a straight line to a point on the railroad 400 feet east of Mt. Zion Road; thence west along the railroad to the center of Mt. Zion Road; thence west along the railroad to the center of Mt. Zion Road; thence north along the centerline of Mt. Zion Road to the center of U.S. 30; thence west along the center of U.S. 30 and Memory Lane; thence north by a straight line to the intersection of Alcott Road and Ridgewood Road; thence northwest by a straight line to the intersection of Druck Valley Road and Parkview Road; thence northwest by a straight line to the intersection of Mundis Mill Road and North Sherman Street; thence west along the centerline of Mundis Mill Road to the Township line in the center of Mundis Mill Road bridge, the place of beginning.
G. 
District 7. Beginning at a point in the center of the intersection of Witmer Road and Miller's Mill Road at the Township line; thence northwest along the Township line to its intersection with the railroad; thence west along the railroad to Stonewood Road; thence southeast along the centerline of Stonewood Road to a point 500 feet before the Stonewood Road Pump Station; thence east by a straight line to the intersection of Greywood Drive and Kirkham Drive; thence southeast by a straight line to the center of the intersection of Caldwell Drive and Livingstone Drive; thence south by a straight line to a point in the center of the intersection of Witmer Road and Orchard Road; thence south along the centerline of Witmer Road to Miller's Mill Road, the place of beginning.
H. 
District 8. Beginning at the point 1,000 feet south of Druck Valley Road at the Township line; thence south along the Township line to a point 800 feet north of Ridgewood Road; thence west by a straight line to the centerline of Deininger Road and Rocky Ridge Court intersection; thence northwest by a straight line to a point 500 feet south of the most eastern intersection of Valley Vista Drive and Druck Valley Road; thence east by a straight line to a point 1,000 feet south of Druck Valley Road at the Township line, the place of beginning.
I. 
District 9. Beginning at a point at the northeastern corner of the Springettsbury Township Wastewater Treatment Facility and the Township line; thence east by a straight line to a point 1,000 feet south of Druck Valley Road and the Township line; thence southwest by a straight line to a point 500 feet south of the most eastern intersection of Druck Valley Road and Valley Vista Drive; thence north to the center of the most eastern intersection of Druck Valley Road and Valley Vista Drive; thence east along Druck Valley Road to a point 225 feet east of the center of the most eastern intersection of Valley Vista Drive and Druck Valley Road; thence north by a straight line to the northeastern corner of the Springettsbury Township Wastewater Treatment Facility and the Township line, the place of beginning.

District 10. NOTE: A connection to any part of the sanitary sewer system within Barwood and/or Norwood Roads shall be considered District 10.

The Township shall prepare or cause to be prepared a sewer district map showing the sewer districts described in § 259-1. Such map, if in substantial conformity with the descriptions set forth in § 259-1, shall apply and determine the sewer service charges imposed for domestic use as established in § 265-8 of Chapter 265, Public Sewer System.
