GENERAL REFERENCES
Boat launching at beach — See Ch. 550.

After June 1, 1981, no person shall operate a boat on Pentucket Pond
powered by internal combustion engines whose total horsepower rating at time
of original manufacture exceeds 10 horsepower.
Whoever violates this chapter may be punished by a fine not to exceed
$50.
