Where uncertainty exists with respect to the

rules shall apply:
A. Boundaries indicated as approximately following the
center lines of railroads, streams, streets, roads or alleys shall
be interpreted as following such center lines.
B. Boundaries indicated as approximately following platted
lot lines shall be interpreted as following such lot lines and the
extension of lot lines in the event that the boundary extends across
unplatted tracts.
C. Boundaries indicated as approximately following corporate
limits shall be interpreted as following such corporate limits.
D. Boundaries indicated as approximately following the
center lines of streams, river, lakes or other bodies of water shall
be interpreted as following such center lines and, in the event of
a change in the course of a body of water, shall be interpreted as
moving with the actual center line.
E. Boundaries indicated as parallel to or extensions
of features indicated above shall be so interpreted. Distances not
specifically indicated on the Official Zoning Map shall be determined
by the scale of the map.
F. Where natural or man-made features actually existing
differ with those shown on the Official Zoning Map, the Planning Commission
shall determine the district boundary.
G. Where a district boundary line divides a lot which
was in single ownership at the time of passage of this chapter, the
Planning Commission may permit, as a special exception, the extension
of the regulations for either portion of the lot, not to exceed 50
feet beyond the district line into the remaining portion of the lot.
