This article shall be known as the "Authorization of the Police Department
of the Town of Ramapo to enforce Village of Airmont Local Laws."
It is the intent of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Airmont
that with the adoption of this article, the enforcement of all local laws
of the Village will be enhanced by authorizing the Police Department of the
Town of Ramapo to enforce such laws, in addition to the stated Village officers
and employees currently having jurisdiction.
The Police Department of the Town of Ramapo is hereby authorized to
enforce all local laws of the Village of Airmont heretofore or hereafter adopted,
to issue appearance tickets therefor and to take such other action of enforcement
as may be stated in each respective local law.
