In addition to the fee for the issuance of a marriage license as provided by § 15 of the Domestic Relations Law of the State of New York, pursuant to § 14-a of the Domestic Relations Law, as last amended by Chapter 413 of the Laws of 1991, the City Clerk shall be entitled to and shall receive a fee of $10 for the issuing of a certificate of marriage registration; and for a certificate of marriage for any marriage heretofore indexed and recorded in the office of the City Clerk, said Clerk shall be entitled to and receive a fee of $10.
This article shall take effect on December 2, 1968.
