The Council of the Borough of Edgewood shall
adopt rules and regulations for the use of all public parks and recreation
areas in the Borough of Edgewood by separate resolution, which are
incorporated hereby by reference and may be amended from time to time,
for the use of said public parks and recreation areas by any person,
firm, corporation or other entity.

Pursuant to 53 P.S. § 47708, the Borough
Council may decide what authority and powers to delegate to the Recreation
Board.

Any person, firm, corporation, or other entity convicted of the violation of any rule or regulation adopted by resolution under § 147-4 above shall be sentenced to pay a fine not to exceed $600, plus costs of prosecution, and in default thereof, to imprisonment for a maximum of 30 days. Every day a violation occurs or continues shall be considered a separate violation under this article.
