Editor's Note: This local law provided that it shall take
effect on January 2, 2010, subject to acceptance and filing by the
Secretary of State.
The Village Clerk of the Village of Amityville is hereby authorized
to issue licenses for games of chance within the territorial limits
of said Village pursuant to § 188 of the General Municipal
Law, subject to the provisions of Article 9-A of the General Municipal
Law and the rules and regulations of the New York State Racing and
Wagering Board.
License fees shall be collected by the Village Clerk as provided
in §§ 191 and 195-f of the General Municipal Law.
