Editor's Note: This local law provided that it shall take
effect on January 2, 2010, subject to acceptance and filing by the
Secretary of State.

No person shall build a bonfire without the approval of the
Board of Trustees and in accordance with the requirements of the applicable
provisions of the Fire Code of the State of New York.
