It shall be unlawful for any person to ride, walk or exercise
a horse upon any public beach located within the corporate limits
of the City of Lewes or upon any public beach under the jurisdiction
of the City of Lewes from the first day of April until the 30th day
of September, both inclusive, of any calendar year.
Any person violating any of the provisions of § 63-8 above shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100 or imprisoned for a period not to exceed 10 days, or both, and shall pay the cost of prosecution.
