As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
TRAILER or CAMP CAR
Any vehicle used or intended to be used as a conveyance upon public streets or highways and duly licensed as such; and shall include self-propelled and non-self-propelled vehicles so designed and constructed and reconstructed or added to by means of accessories in such manner as to permit the occupancy thereof as a temporary dwelling or sleeping place for one (1) or more persons, and having no foundation other than wheels, jacks or skirtings, so arranged as to be integral with or portable by said trailer or camp car.
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any trailer or camp car on any street in the Borough of Closter or on any premises within the limits of the Borough of Closter except for the purpose of repairs or storage. Any such trailer or camp car undergoing repairs or being stored shall not, during such period of repairs or storage, be used by any person or persons as a dwelling or sleeping place.
Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a penalty as set forth in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, Violations and Penalties, of this Code.
