A.
Trucks over 10 tons gross weight are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VII (§ 183-50) except for the pickup or delivery of goods or services on such streets or while engaged in local commerce, said Schedule VII being attached hereto and made a part of this Part 2.
B.
For the purposes of this section, the phrase "engaged
in local commerce" shall mean the transportation of goods and services
to or from locations within the Borough of Closter or to locations
within a radius of 7.5 miles of the Borough of Closter, Bergen County,
New Jersey.
